CPMA is actively supporting efforts to bring the Interstate Podiatric Medical Licensure Compact to Connecticut—helping modernize licensure pathways, expand access to podiatric care, and support greater mobility for podiatric physicians.
Through a streamlined application process, the compact allows eligible podiatric physicians to obtain expedited licensure across participating states, helping improve patient access and strengthen the profession's future.
As this legislation continues moving through the state process, CPMA remains committed to advocating for policies that support both practitioners and patients.
