Dr. Michael Fein

Michael Fein, DPM, is a podiatric surgeon with over 40 years of experience in treating foot and ankle problems. He is the chief of podiatric foot and ankle surgery at Danbury Hospital and the onsite director for the St. Barnabas podiatric surgical residency at Danbury Hospital. He is also a wound care specialist at the Morganti Center for Wound Care. He has been recognized multiple times by Connecticut Magazine as one of “Connecticut’s Top Doctors” and has been honored as Podiatrist of the Year by his peers. He is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.  He specializes in diabetic foot care and ulcer management.. He graduated from Temple College of Podiatric Medicine in 1981 and completed his podiatric surgical residency at Broad Street Hospital and Medical Center in Philadelphia. He practices at Bethel Foot and Ankle in Bethel, CT. 

 

Dr. Fein is a Medical Director for a national insurance review company.
