We invite you to join us for the 2019 APMA Region One/Podiatry Institute Conference at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel in Framingham, MA on October 25-27, 2019 with a Pre Conference Biomechanics Master Class on Thursday, October 24. Scientific Program co-chairs Scott Aronson, DPM, Jay Phillips, DPM, and David Sipala, DPM have recruited some of the best speakers from the industry. Both medically and surgically oriented podiatric physicians will find topics of interest for their practice.

Program Highlights
Brand new this year!
The Assistants Program will offer a full day of presentations with hands on activities geared toward podiatric front office and back office staff. Interactive discussions are encouraged. There will be time to mingle with other assistants, doctors and over 65 vendors. The day will conclude with the option of becoming CPR certified.
Pre-Conference Symposium - Adult & Pediatric Biomechanics Master Class
Thursday, October 24
This one-day program examines both the science and practice management of biomechanics, orthotics of all ages. It will include both lecture and hands on workshops that will cover the A-to-Z's of running a successful foot orthotic program. The program will offer attendees an over-view of the normal development of a child’s foot, normal and pathological foot biomechanics and how to classify pediatric and adult foot types, specialized content on pediatric biomechanics conditions, and marketing strategies on how to expand your orthotic and bracing program. As well practitioners will be participating in a hands on biomechanics lab that will show them first hand how to biomechanically characterize and treat almost any foot type.

Claims Consultations
Claims Consultations are free 1/2 hour, one-on-one appointments with Massachusetts health plan representatives that provide you with the opportunity to discuss and troubleshoot problem claims or claims issues.
Representatives from BC/BS of Massachusetts, Fallon Community Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim, Neighborhood Health Plan, Tufts Health Plan and Anthem/NGS will be available on Friday, October 25th between 10:30 am – 2:30 pm.
Consultations are only available to those who register for the Region One Conference.
Region One registrants are welcome to send their staff to the claims consultations.
You will be notified of your time slot(s) prior to the meeting. You will need to bring supporting paperwork with you to your scheduled claims consultations.
To sign up for a claims consultation, please indicate check “Yes” in the “CLAIMS CONSULTATIONS” section of the registration form and indicate which health plans you would like to meet with.

Refunds & Cancellations: All refund requests and cancellations must be emailed to Megan@Mckennamanagement.com. No cancellations will be accepted or refunds given after October 3, 2019. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee.
